準備材料,忌廉芝士放室溫放軟
Step 2
將忌廉芝士放入攪拌盆內,用電動打蛋器打至軟滑
Step 3
加入糖打勻,再分數次加入蛋漿打勻
Step 4
加入檸檬汁及淡忌廉拌勻, 低筋麵粉過篩,分數次加入忌廉芝士內,拌勻至無顆粒
Step 5
將粉漿倒入電飯煲,按開始鍵,直至蛋糕焗熟。(插入牙簽然後抽出,牙簽沒有沾上粉漿代表熟透) 整個鍋取出放涼 將蛋糕連鍋放入雪櫃冷藏1小時直至凝固,脫鍋即成
