去骨雞髀肉攤開先放少許鹽和少量杞子放雞髀肉上,然後用錫紙卷成長條狀

將卷好的錫紙雞卷放到鍋中煮15-20分鐘,然後關火待雞卷透涼,再將雞卷浸泡在花雕醉雞汁過夜,吃前切件即可
