製作步驟 1. 豬肉洗淨瀝幹﹔麥芽糖以熱水座融後與其它醃料拌勻,均勻塗於肉上,最後加入食油,醃1小時或以上。 2. 打開光波萬能煮食鍋,將肉平鋪于高架上,以250°C燒8分鐘。 3. 打開鍋蓋,於肉的兩面薄薄掃一層叉燒醬,然後反轉再燒5分鐘,切件即可
