1- 將金菇洗淨後,切去根部,備用。 2- 把肥牛片放平,在中間放適量金菇,捲好備用。 3- 熱鍋後,開中火,把金菇肥牛卷放入,記得封口處朝下,煎至變色,再翻面煎至整塊肥牛八分熟,盛起備用。
