梅菜先浸半小時,去沙,瀝乾後切粒。 燒熱鑊,把梅菜放到鑊,加入糖和豉油乾炒約1分鐘。
Step 2
菜芯洗淨,排在蒸籠中,把炒過的梅菜鋪到菜芯上,大水蒸煮7分鐘,即可上碟。 上碟後淋上燒熱的橄欖油風味更佳。
