簡易▪香煎三文魚柳 (´▽`)ノ♪

今次用了一件急凍三文魚柳,當然也可選擇街市新鮮的三文魚柳

用室溫把三文魚柳解凍,然後用廚房紙印乾水分; 乾爽後底面加入黑胡椒調味
Step 3
加熱平底鑊,放入適量橄欖油
Step 4
放三文魚柳,先煎好第一面,需時約2分鐘,魚身較厚的需較長時間; 煎魚講求耐性,未到時間,一定唔可以反佢,否則魚肉會散
Step 5
2分鐘過後,反轉另一面再煎約2分鐘
Step 6
上碟後只需加上鹽、香草和檸檬汁,已經十分惹味 (* ̄︶ ̄)
