咸檸檬蒸烏頭

Introduction
烏頭的食法有很多種,而且一年四季都可在街市買到。 平時用慣豉汁蒸,今次由魚檔大哥誠意推介,教路試整咸檸檬蒸烏頭,原來檸檬汁的酸味,會提升烏頭魚的鮮味㗎!

先清洗魚身

把咸檸檬切開,備用
Step 3
把咸檸檬舖在魚身和放於魚肚內; 滾水大火蒸約7至8分鐘 (視乎魚的大小而調整時間)
Step 4
把芫荽和蔥用油爆一爆,備用
Step 5
淋上芫荽、蔥、熟油和豉油,即可完成
