魚腩洗淨抹淨,灑上少許鹽及胡椒粉再薄薄撲上生粉,豆腐切件撲上生粉,以半煎炸方法煎豆腐及魚腩至面金黃,格起備用。
Step 2
將調味料放上碗撈勻; 起鑊爆香蒜,薑,蔥段,然後加上魚腩及豆腐,再加入調味料,再加入半碗水,煮滾後轉中火蓋上蓋焗一分鐘便可以上碟。
