1, 把蘿蔔去皮及切成小塊備用 2, 薑切片 3, 豬手洗乾淨及砍成大塊備用 4, 豬手汆水 5, 開中火熱鍋,放油爆薑片,加蔥白炒香 6, 放豬手爆炒3分鐘,加入鹽、糖、生抽和果皮調味 7, 加水至蓋過豬手,慢火炆煮1小時即成,可自行以鹽或生抽調味
