1. Mix Miso, Mirin and Dashi to make a miso sauce
2. Cut the pumpkin long and thin
3. Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry pumpkin for a few minutes
4. Add miso sauce, stir-fry until the liquid is gone
5. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped shiso.
