先將蝦仁洗淨並挑出蝦腸, 並加入鹽和料酒醃五分鐘。

加入雞蛋麵粉生粉攪勻。

攪勻後先靜置5至10分鐘。

先預熱油, 再快速加入蝦仁。
Step 5
炸至金黃色後立即撈出並放到吸油紙上吸去多餘油脂,裝盤即成。
