Clean & dry defrosted salmon; cut lemon into slices; cut carrots into thin slices and mix with olive oil, salt and black pepper
Preheat oven to 180c; place carrots, salmon, lemon and butter on the baking paper, then sprinkle with salt and mixed herbs, fold the baking paper over all ingredients as shown in the photo like a paper pocket
Bake on the oven for 10 mins. Enjoy ~
